Altay Bayındır started for Manchester United in their 3-2 Premier League win over Burnley, replacing André Onana, who had played in the League Cup match against Grimsby (leading to the team's early exit).
However, Bayındır was at fault for Jaidon Anthony's 66th-minute goal, which levelled the score at 2-2. This error marked another mistake from the goalkeeper.
Despite Ruben Amorim's public defence of Altay Bayindir and André Onana, the error-prone Manchester United goalkeepers, the Red Devils are set to sign a new keeper before the transfer window closes this Monday.

Senne Lammens, 23, from Antwerp, has been the subject of negotiations for several days, but according to the English press, via Sportal, United has once again placed Aston Villa's Emiliano Martínez, 32, on their radar.
While Lammens is a strong candidate, there are concerns at Old Trafford that his lack of experience could hinder his adaptation and ability to handle the pressure.
Antwerp is open to a sale—the keeper is expected to command a fee of around €25 million—and Lammens has been left out of recent matches. Galatasaray is also interested.
Martínez, a World Cup winner with Argentina, has 197 Premier League appearances and was previously approached by Manchester United at the start of the window. At the time, Aston Villa rejected a loan deal. Now, a potential €40 million transfer is on the table.
According to the BBC, citing sources within Manchester United, the club will only sign one of the two goalkeepers before the deadline—the possibility of both arriving has been ruled out.
The Manchester Evening News reports that the main obstacle to signing Martínez is the Argentine's high salary.
