Garcia sidelined due to injury
Garcia has been kept out of the Barcelona team after he sustained a long-term injury that will keep him out of the PSG clash in the UEFA Champions League.
According to reports from Romano Fabrizio, “Joan García will be out for 4-6 weeks to undergo arthroscopy.”
The Spanish international is set to undergo surgery and will be sidelined for at least two months.
With his injury, Barcelona now have only Polish goalkeeper Szczesny in the team, as Ten Stegen is also out injured.
The club will be hoping that Szczesny does not sustain an injury that will leave them without a shot stopper.
Barcelona will now face Real Sociedad without their number one goalkeeper, as they keep chasing Real Madrid in the title race
