According to reports, the Nigerian winger, who was at the centre of a bitter dispute with the club, rejoined his teammates today after a meeting with coach Ivan Jurić to "clarify his situation."

The highly publicised fallout began when Lookman pushed for an exit at the start of the summer, even going as far as submitting a transfer request as he pushed to join Serie A rivals Inter Milan, which led to him being left out of the team.

This had a significant impact on the club's early-season form, culminating in a heavy 4-0 Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.

The resolution comes after weeks of tension where both coach Juric and CEO Luca Percassi made it clear they would not beg Lookman to play. Instead, they insisted on a change of attitude and a commitment from the player.

Now, with the matter resolved, Lookman has reportedly spoken to his teammates and is motivated to help the team.
