Ancelotti hails Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has commended the chemistry between Napoli duo Victor Osimhen and Kvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia have been the star performers for Napoli this season with the former as the top scorer and the latter the highest assist-maker in the league.

The pair have received plaudits from all of Europe for their performances this season, latest of which have come from former Napoli manager Ancelotti.

63-year-old Ancelotti complimented Kvaratskhelia in an interview with TuttoNapoli and showed admiration for the Georgian's partnership with Osimhen.

“Kvaratskhelia is a great player, he is doing well in Naples and the partnership with Osimhen is very very effective,” Ancelotti said.

Kvaratskhelia has excelled in the Napoli attack this season with 13 goals and 15 assists for Gli Azzurri in 28 games so far.

Osimhen on the other hand has scored 21 goals in 27 games across all competitions this season as the highest scorer in Serie A with 19 goals.

The duo have combined for 34 goals and 20 assists this season and their link-up in the final third has been key to Napoli’s success which is what impressed Real Madrid coach Ancelotti.
