The match was earlier slated to be played in Morocco after CAF refused to grant approval for Guinea-Bissau to host the game on home soil as both of their biggest grounds, Estadio 24 de Setembro and Estadio Lino Correia fell short of the standard for international matches.

Guinea-Bissau can now host games at home

Guinea-Bissau responded by carrying out an intensive round of renovation works at one of the stadiums over the past few weeks to bring it up to the required standard.

'The newly-renovated Nacional 24 de Setembro Stadium has now been approved by CAF for Guinea-Bissau to host Nigeria in March.
