The 25-year-old has made 19 appearances for the French champions this season with 12 of those coming as starts.

Mukiele joins a list of injury concerns for Christophe Galtier that already includes Brazilian superstar Neymar and defender Presnel Kimpembe.

Additionally, Renato Sanches has also been ruled out for the month ahead for the Ligue 1 leaders.

The Portuguese international has suffered an injury to his groin and won’t return until May at the earliest.

He has made only five league starts in an injury-hit season since signing from Lille last summer.

More on PSG

The leading scorer for PSG this season with 19 goals, Kylian Mbappe, was deemed by his manager Christophe Galtier to not be entirely fit for the game against Nice.

Galtier admitted that the 24-year-old wasn't fully ready for the match but that he still had to start him following Paris Saint-2-0 Germain's victory against OGC Nice on Saturday.

The France captain failed to influence the game and did nothing with the chance given to him. He also missed a late-open goal, even though the offside flag was raised which summed up his performance.
