I am speaking to them — De Buryne opens up about post-Guardiola future after FA Cup heartbreak
Manchester City captain Kevin De Bruyne has left the door open to staying in the Premier League after his contract with the club expires this month.
The Belgian midfielder, set to depart as a free agent, revealed he’s been in discussions with other clubs about his next step.
Speaking to Sky, he said, “I’m speaking to clubs about my future, yes.
“I want to play good football, whatever the decision. Staying in England? It depends who comes… I have a family, kids.”
He acknowledged the challenge of the decision, noting, “I have to take care of a decision that suits everybody. The decision is complex.”
Fans are eagerly awaiting his next move, given his legendary status at City.
The 33-year-old, who arrived at City from Wolfsburg in 2015, has secured six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, and the 2023 Champions League under Pep Guardiola.
