Atalanta's manager made a few changes to his team that defeated Roma last weekend, with Ademola Lookman starting the game from the bench.

The away team began the match sluggishly, underperforming in the first half and allowing Genoa star Andrea Pinamonti to score the opening goal with a header.

However, entering into the second half, Atalanta got the equaliser from Ibrahim Sulemana’s long-range shot.

The host pushed forward and a few minutes later, Pinamonti gave his team the lead with his second goal of the game.

Genoa’s lead did not hold for long as Atalanta’s Daniel Maldini restored parity to get his team back in the game.

With the game heading for a draw, Retegui shocked the home side with the winning goal late in the game.

Atalanta's been on fire lately, snagging four wins and a draw in their last five games, and they've still got one more to go, with the latest win just adding to their awesome run.
