The Federal Police of the Rio de Janeiro Public Ministry also investigated his brother (Wander Nunes Pinto Júnior), sister-in-law (Ludymilla Araujo Lima), and a cousin (Poliana Ester Nunes Cardoso). In addition to Bruno Henrique, his brother will also stand trial.

In that match, Bruno Henrique received a yellow card in the 95th minute for a foul on Soteldo, with Flamengo losing at the time. He argued with the referee, ultimately receiving a second yellow card and subsequent red.
