Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace, Kingsley Coman had a goal and two assists as Al Nassr ran riot against Al Hazem to help Jorge Jesus's side secure maximum points.

Ronaldo's brace takes him to 964 career goals, 36 away from the dream of 1000. The victory also took Al Nassr to the top of the Saudi Pro League, as Al-Hilal were held to a draw by Al-Ittihad, despite the Blue Waves snapping up the Tigers' best player, Karim Benzema.

The scoring opened in the 13th minute when Cristiano Ronaldo rose to the occasion, finishing off a team move from inside the penalty area to make it 1–0.

Al Nassr doubled their advantage in the 30th minute when Kingsley Coman latched onto a precise through ball from Joao Felix and buried a precise finish into the bottom corner to make it 2–0 before the interval.

The hosts continued to control the match after half-time. In the 77th minute, Ângelo Gabriel capitalised on poor defending from the hosts, confidently finishing from close range, to extend the lead to 3–0.

Ronaldo added a second of the night in the 79th minute, arriving in the box to receive Coman’s pass and clinically steer home a fourth for Al Nassr and cap a commanding performance in front of a home crowd delighted by the result.
