Boniface got on the scoresheet once more to cap off an impressive individual campaign in the league.
Following the victory at the Bay Arena, the hosts were officially handed their Bundesliga trophy as Boniface joined in the ecstatic celebrations.
Rikke Hermine Jansen, the Norwegian girlfriend of the Nigerian striker took to social media to congratulate her beau on becoming a champion once more.
Hermine posted a clip of Boniface receiving his league winner’s medal on her Instagram stories, as she captioned: “Bundesliga champ!! @boniface_jrn so so proud of you.”

The Super Eagles star has already gained over 100,000 followers and counting on his Instagram page, since Leverkusen defeated Werder Bremen last month to automatically confirm themselves as champions of Germany.
