Super Eagles star Fisayo Dele-Bashiru marries beautiful Moroccan model in intimate ceremony

Super Eagles of Nigeria midfielder, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru is officially off the market.

The 24-year-old Lazio star has now tied the knot in a discreet ceremony with his pretty Moroccan girlfriend, Nada Bensouna, 23.

The news comes months after they first went public in December last year at the club's festive Christmas party. 

Bensouna appeared to break the news on social media, sharing a series of touching posts on her Instagram stories, confirming the joyous milestone.

The huge announcement was a beautiful blend of their respective cultures.

 Bensouna, currently signed to UK-based Muse modelling agency, posted pictures of the couple dressed in traditional attire during the intimate ceremony which reportedly held on Monday, August 11 - the same day Georgina Rodriguez announced her engagement to Cristiano Ronaldo.

She wore a vibrant Moroccan Caftan, while Dele-Bashiru was pictured in native attire, a nod to his Nigerian heritage.

 The posts were filled with heartfelt captions that left no doubt about their love and commitment. 

In one story, she captioned the picture "Alhamdulillah" (praise be to God) with an accompanying ring emoji, a clear indication of their wedding.

 In another post, she shared a photo with the footballer and the caption: "Fi Dunya wa fil Akhirah," which translates to "In this world and in the world to come,” a powerful and romantic declaration of eternal love.

Fisayo Dele-Bashiru's personal life is now shining just as brightly as his professional career. 

The Lagos-born star has had an impressive trajectory, particularly with the Super Eagles. 

His performances have been nothing short of remarkable, most notably for his crucial goal against South Africa in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match, which was a defining moment for the Nigerian team. 

His stellar form at Lazio has also been recognised, leading to his call-up for the Super Eagles' AFCON qualifiers. 

A key moment came when he made an immediate impact, putting in a complete midfield performance after coming on as a substitute against Libya in Uyo.
