NPFL club Rangers International have put their official kits for sale after opening their physical shop in Enugu.

In a unique and funny move, Rangers International, one of Nigeria’s most revered clubs in the NPFL, has declared an unconventional requirement for making Heaven.

According to the club’s General Manager, Barrister Amobi Ezeaku, sporting a Rangers jersey is the key to securing a spot in heaven.

Rangers’s Kit

The popular and much-loved Amobi made this announcement on one of his social media after the club announced the opening of their physical store.

Rangers posted a brief statement on their official social media account that fans and well-wishers can now walk into their store to buy the beautiful kits in Enugu State.

“The long-awaited day is upon us, My Rangers, Your Rangers,” the club posted on X.com. “Nkea bu nke anyi,” the statement added.

Following the announcement, Amobi, who has been aggressive with his marketing of the kit, embraced a playful tone to encourage fans and supporters to not only showcase their allegiance to the club but also consider the divine implications of laying hands on the club's red and white kits.

Uniting fans and club

The declaration by the young administrator serves as a rallying point for supporters of the Flying Antelopes, while also helping to unite those with a shared common passion for their darling team.

Amobi’s call was as light-hearted as it was a statement of intent that should resonate with not just fans of the club but NPFL followers as well.

Meanwhile, the Flying Antelope have dropped down to sixth on the NPFL table after a bad day at the office.

Rangers were guests in Umuahia where they battled hosts, Abia Warriors in the Oriental derby.

Despite making a grand arrival with their vibrant cultural attires, it was not enough as the Warriors defeated the Antelopes 1-0, with Collins Nwoburuoke the hero for the home side.
