Cristiano Junior had starred for Manchester United’s academy before his father’s move to Al Nassr during the January transfer window.

The youngster has played for the youth teams of Juventus and Manchester United, just as his father played for their senior teams, and has now made the step to join Al Nassr’s Under-13 team.

The 13-year-old had been without a club since his father’s move to Al Nassr in January and will be glad to return to the pitch with his peers after training on his own since the start of the year.

Ronaldo Junior will also reportedly take his father’s No. 7 jersey with the U-13 side, which he will undoubtedly be the star of.

Ronaldo senior once revealed that his son had mentioned his intention to play alongside him at some point during his career, and the chance to do so could be upon the pair if the Portugal legend remains active for a few more seasons.

With the Portugal captain scoring the most goals of any player active in 2023 so far despite being 38 years old, the chances are quite high that he could be around for much longer and could get to play with his son before retiring.
