Adrien Rabiot will reportedly snub Manchester United to stay at Juventus.

Adrien Rabiot has reportedly agreed with Juventus to extend his contract amid genuine interest from Manchester United.

The 28-year-old midfielder had an outstanding Serie A season, scoring 11 goals, and assisting six times.

The Old Lady risked losing him this summer as his contract runs out at the end of the month; however, despite interest from elsewhere, he seems to have agreed to remain with the record Scudetto winners.

What happened

According to GetfootballNewsItaly, the Bianconeri have reached an agreement with Rabiot's mother, Saint Tropez, on a contract extension.

The player and his representative are said to have examined the offer and are satisfied with the terms.

Juventus manager Max Allegri was said to be insistent on the continuation of the France international, and the club obliged, presenting him with a €7 million per year contract for another season.

The Red Devils were reported to be keen on signing the midfielder on a free transfer. They made a move for Rabiot last summer as well, following the arrival of Erik ten Hag.

The Dutch manager seems to be a fan, however, this recent report suggests he will fail to land his man the second time around.
