Paris Saint Germain are in search of a new club stadium having seen their efforts to acquire their current ground Parc de Princes fail.
The Parc des Princes has been home ground since the club’s formation in 1970.
But that is now set to change after the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, announced the city will not sanction a sale of the stadium to the club.

The conflict between PSG and the City Council began during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
PSG president Nasser Al Khelaïfi acknowledged in an interview that the French entity's long-standing goal had been to renovate the stadium.

According to reports, the club have already invested €85 million ($92.17m) in the last few years to improve the facilities and increase the capacity, but are ready to commit anotherr€500m into refurbishment and a bigger extension to allow the club to keep growing and competing with other top European clubs.
However, the continuous denials of Anne Hidalgo and her unwillingness to negotiate forced the president to take action on the matter, considering the move of the Parc des Princes.
“We have a very clear position. The Parc des Princes is not for sale, and it will not be sold.
“This is a firm and definitive position. It is an exceptional heritage for Parisians,” Hidalgo told Le Parisien newspaper last month.

According to reports in France, the Qatari-owned club have hired the services of the American society Legends Hospitality to find a new stadium.
The company Legends Hospitality, as indicated by L'Équipe, specializes in the operation of sports venues.
She was the one who took the lead in the construction of the new Los Angeles Galaxy stadium, as well as that of Tottenham or the renovation of Anfield, as well as being the holder of a part of the exploitation of the Santiago Bernabéu.

The initiative responds to an escalation of tensions with the Paris City Council over the Parc des Princes.
One of the stadiums reportedly eyed by the club was the Stade France, but it was immediately discarded because of its high cost.
The future of PSG’s stadium has been entrusted to Legends to look for an alternative, as long as the dialogue with the City Council does not progress.
