Barcelona Femini have secured a 1-0 win over Chelsea in the first leg of the semifinal of the 2023 UEFA Women's Champions League.

The fixture played at London's Stamford Bridge gives the Spanish giants the much-needed advantage ahead of Thursday's second leg at Camp Nou.

Graham-Hansen's early goal decide first leg

Coming off the back of a comfortable victory over Atletico Madrid in Liga F, Barcelona hoped to have a similar result on Saturday, and started on a bright note, scoring the opener in the fourth minute.

A solo move by Caroline Graham Hansen saw the Norwegian winger, beat three Chelsea defenders before sending a left-footed curler beyond the reach of Ann-Katrin Berger and into the visitors' net.

Chelsea then attempted to get the game back on level terms, however, efforts from Sam Kerr and Niamh Charles were consistently denied by Sandra Panos and the Barcelona defenders.
