Cristiano Ronaldo, the Al-Nassr superstar is one of the greatest footballers of all time and some might even call him the greatest.
The 38-year-old has won countless trophies and individual honours to put him at the very top of his profession but for 15 years he has had to battle with Lionel Messi for the title of GOAT. At least, of this era.

Last November, Ronaldo had an interview with TV personality Piers Morgan, which ultimately led to his departure from Manchester United, and in that interview, he spoke of the comparisons between himself and Lionel Messi.

When Morgan asked Ronaldo about the best player he’d ever seen, excluding himself, the Portugal star said: “Probably [Messi], yes.
“Messi and Zidane probably - that I have played and fought with.”

Ronaldo and Messi have dominated European football for the last 15 years and have been close competitors for individual honors and club silverware. They are considered two of the greatest players of all time and it will be hard to see their legacies and achievements ever surpassed.
