Edo Queens Football Club has boosted its squad with the acquisition of five new players during the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) mid-season transfer window, signalling their intent to solidify their position in the premiership race.

The Edo State government has facilitated the signing of Anjor Mary from Bayelsa Queens, Rebecca Adegbemile from Delta Queens, Winifred Eyegboria, Vincent Precious, and Happiness Titus all from Remo Stars Ladies FC.
