Coming off the bench in the 64th minute, the Nigerian international made an immediate impact, delivering the crucial assist for Raúl Jiménez's winning goal.

Following his impact, he was presented with an award by his Nigerian teammate, Calvin Bassey, at the club's training ground.

Chukwueze presented an award to Bassey

In a video posted on Fulham's official X account, Bassey congratulated his teammate, saying, "Hey, my guy, you're the Caribbean legend of the game. Congrats, my bro."

When asked how he felt about the recognition, Chukwueze confidently replied, "First of many... I'm cooking. 

“You know, I'm still cooking. I need to make it well done, you know. It's still medium rare. I need to cook this very well. Thank you."

Chukwueze's creative impact earned him the accolade, which was presented by his fellow professional at the team's training facility.
