Harambee Stars are bracing themselves for an intense encounter with hosts Mauritius in a Four Nations Tournament clash on Sunday.

Kenya head coach Engin Firat expressed his expectations for a thrilling encounter, highlighting the impressive performance of Mauritius in their previous matches.

Mauritius kicked off their campaign with a stunning 3-0 victory over Pakistan before falling to a 3-1 defeat to Djibouti in their subsequent game.

Firat believes that if his team executes their game plan effectively, the match will offer a feast of football for the enthusiastic fans in attendance.

"I expect a good match. Mauritius played well especially in their first game (against Pakistan)  and in the second match, they were just unlucky against Djibouti. So I think if we play also the way we want it will be an entertaining and nice game for the fans," the Turkish gaffer said.

Kenya will be going into the match, having registered a narrow 1-0 win against Pakistan, with the goal of the clash expertly netted by Moses Shummah, the talented striker from Kakamega Homeboyz.
