With defending champions Bayelsa United already eliminated, a new winner is bound to emerge in the 2023 edition.

Sixteen club sides continued their dreams to become Nigeria's latest cup champion as they took on opponents in a series of Round of 16 fixtures in the 2023 Federation Cup.

With defending champions Bayelsa United already eliminated, a new winner is bound to emerge in the 2023 edition, with such a team, to represent Nigeria at next season's CAF Confederation Cup.

While some of the qualified quarterfinalists will hope to clinch the trophy for the first time, the lot of Rangers, Bendel Insurance, Lobi Stars and Plateau United, will hope that 2023 will be the year to increase the cup titles in their trophy cabinet.
