Pep Guardiola’s men have already secured the Premier League title, their fourth in a row and sixth in the last seven seasons.

The champions will now be looking to secure a domestic double against an Erik Ten Hag side looking to end the season with a trophy after a disappointing campaign in the Premier League.

However, it is not just City fans that will be rooting for their club. Chelsea fans will also be supporting Man City in the clash.

The Blues will be rooting for Man City to win the cup on Saturday as it is the only way they will play in the Europa League next season.

Although Chelsea finished sixth in the Premier League, their place in Europe’s second-tier competition is still not sure after Manchester United finished outside the European spots.

Normally, sixth place would have been enough to play in the Europa League, but because Manchester United finished in eighth place, Chelsea’s spot is not secured yet.

However, should Manchester City beat  Erik Ten Hag’s men as expected, Chelsea will play in the Europa League next season.

But if Man Utd produce an upset against the champions, Chelsea will have to settle for a place in the UEFA Europa Conference League, with Ten Hag’s men taking their place in the Europa League.
