Kelechi Iheanacho, Super Eagles star, has revealed that Wilfred Ndidi is his closest friend in the football world.
The two Nigerian players developed a strong bond during their time together at Leicester City, where their friendship flourished both on and off the pitch.
Iheanacho and Ndidi have achieved great success together, both at the club and international levels. One of their most notable accomplishments was winning the FA Cup with Leicester City.
They have also had the opportunity to represent Nigeria side by side, donning the Super Eagles jersey with pride.

In the video, the Super Eagles striker was asked who was his best friend in football and he said, “Best friend in football? There are a lot of best friends in football. But, obviously, I have spent a lot of time with Wilfred Ndidi.”

Meanwhile, Iheanacho has moved back to England to join Championship side Middlesbrough, following a disappointing spell with Sevilla.
The attacker wants to return to his peak and regain his form in preparation for the 2025 AFCON tournament in Morocco.
