The Kings started off hot from three-point range after knocking down a franchise-record 23 in their last outing against the Orlando Magic.

Okpala and Metu were named on the bench by Head Coach Mike Brown as Sacramento established a comfortable lead after the first quarter.

Metu was first off the bench and featured for eight minutes contributing six points and two rebounds making two of three shots.

Okpala on the other hand was in action for 10 minutes contributing three points and two rebounds, making just one of his two shots.

Metu and Okpala have been in and out of the Kings' rotation but are productive when involved.

Both members of Nigeria's men's basketball team known as D'Tigers are both winners of the Defensive Player of the Game (DPOG) chain issued after every fixture.

Okpala featured for seven minutes in the game and did not record a point rebound or assist.
