For the Lakers, who in many respects were able to salvage what appeared to be a lost season, it has been a crazy year.
They are currently in the Western Conference Finals and need one more series victory to return to the NBA Finals after winning the title in 2020.
LeBron James hasn't scored as many points in these playoffs as he has throughout his career, but he's still a dangerous threat, and the star forward is finding other ways to have an effect on the outcome of games.
