Spurs manager, Thomas Frank, revealed that the injury is to the same knee Maddison hurt before the Europa League final against Manchester United.

With Tottenham losing Maddison to a long-term injury and Heung-min Son leaving the club, the London club will now have to go into the transfer market to find a replacement.
