Report: Real Madrid set to offer Tchouameni in shocking swoop deal for Enzo Fernandez
In 2023, the World Cup winner signed for the Blues in a deal worth £106 million from Benfica.
However, despite consistently performing well in his 87 games for Chelsea, he has so far failed to live up to his enormous price tag.
On the other hand, Aurelien Tchouameni is reportedly dissatisfied with his current status in the Spanish city and has struggled for playing time under Carlo Ancelotti this season.
Real Madrid wants Enzo
According to reports, the Spanish powerhouses are interested in the Chelsea player and are prepared to trade their midfield star, Tchouameni, with the Blues to sign their man.
The South American publication DSports claims that Madrid is "going all out" to acquire Fernandez from Chelsea.
Madrid allegedly wants to discuss the deal as a clean swap for Tchouameni, with no extra money coming from either side.
In 2022, Tchouameni moved from Monaco to Los Blancos in a deal worth up to £85.3 million. However, he has been used in different positions in the team.
Since then, he has played for the Spanish giants more than 100 times and helped them win the Club World Cup, La Liga, and the Champions League.
This season, the French international has been used mostly as a centre-back and has started 15 league games.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are looking to make a swap deal offering Nkunku to Manchester United for winger Alejandro Garnacho.
