Real Madrid’s night at the Bernabéu turned sour in dramatic fashion as they suffered a shocking 2-0 defeat to Celta Vigo.

But beyond the goals and the disastrous performance, the club’s in-house TV channel lit up the post-match airwaves with a fiery assessment of the officiating, calling it “horrific, deplorable, and pathetic.”

Real Madrid TV go on the offensive after chaotic refereeing display

The match descended into outright chaos as Real Madrid finished with only nine men on the pitch. Three red cards, handed to Álvaro Carreras, Fran García, and, astonishingly, Endrick Felipe, who wasn’t even on the field, left fans stunned and the club outraged.

Real Madrid TV wasted no time venting their frustration, accusing the referee of losing control and criticising almost every major decision.

“Even he doesn't know what he's calling… he's bad, we’ll leave it at that,” the broadcast declared, reflecting the anger pulsing through the fanbase.

The tension rose throughout the second half, particularly as the referee appeared far more severe on Madrid players than on Celta’s challenges.

Endrick’s red card came after a late protest from the bench, with the Brazilian teenager talking himself into trouble with the no-nonsense official. His dismissal means he will miss Madrid’s next La Liga game against Deportivo Alavés.

Defeat deepens Madrid’s crisis as Barcelona pull clear

If the refereeing drama was bad, the on-pitch story was even worse. Celta Vigo took advantage of Madrid’s instability, striking twice through Swedberg, first flicking in a low cross, then rounding Thibaut Courtois late on to seal a famous victory.

The defeat extends a worrying run for Real Madrid, who have now won just one of their last five league games since beating Barcelona in El Clásico.

Three consecutive draws against Elche, Rayo Vallecano and Girona were followed by a temporary lift against Athletic Club, but this latest loss has undone all momentum.

The five-point lead they once enjoyed has evaporated, with Barcelona now sitting four points clear at the top of La Liga.

Xabi Alonso’s side are unquestionably in crisis, struggling with form, discipline, and confidence all at once, and the timing could not be worse.

Up next? A massive Champions League clash against Manchester City. With pressure mounting, Los Blancos must find a way to stabilise quickly, or risk watching their season unravel even further.
