What Amoo said

In an interview with Completesports.com, Amoo stressed that while Nwabali’s decision to leave cannot be questioned, the goalkeeper must now make a strategic choice regarding his future.

He said, “The truth is, Nwabali has made his decision, and no one can question it. But he remains one of the best goalkeepers in Africa, regardless of the current situation.”

The experienced tactician pointed to Nwabali’s standout displays at the Africa Cup of Nations as evidence that the 27-year-old will not be without suitors for long.

“His performance at AFCON shows he may not stay long without a club. However, he must not rush because he needs a team that suits his ambitions and demands. I’m happy that offers are already coming his way. It’s only a matter of time before he returns to action,” Amoo added.
