The Kazakh has extended her winning streak to 12 consecutive games and remains one of the favorites for the Miami title.

She is the tenth female player to win 10+ matches in a row at the Sunshine Double after Bianca Andreescu, Iga Swiatek, Kim Clijsters, Lindsay Davenport, Maria Sharapova, Serena Williams, Steffi Graf, Venus Williams, and Victoria Azarenka.
Rybakina is also the first player to reach her first two WTA-1000 semifinals in back-to-back tournaments since Sofia Kenin (Toronto and Cincinnati 2019).

Finally, she is the first female player to serve 10+ aces for four different matches in the same tournament since Serena Williams at the US Open 2020.
