Having made his professional debut for Barça at an astonishing 15 years old, he became the youngest player in the club's 126-year history.
Following the Spanish international's breakout, he has become one of the most important players at Barcelona.
His performance for club and country saw him recently finish second in the 2025 Ballon d'Or voting.

Despite the constant comparisons to the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner, Yamal's priority is forging his own legacy.
Yamal said, "I think I respect Messi in the end for what he was and for what he is for football. And if we ever meet on a football pitch someday, there will be mutual respect.
"He's the best in history," he said of Messi. "We both know I don't want to be Messi, and Messi knows I don't want to be him. I want to follow my own path, and that's it."
The winger recently helped his team secure a 3-1 win over Alaves, scoring the opening goal of the game.
This season, he has scored seven goals and provided eight assists in all competitions, with Barcelona challenging for the La Liga title.
