The camp for the Super Eagles of Nigeria continues to get stacked.

According to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) the camp has now welcomed Stanley Nwabali and Bruno Onyemaechi.

Alhassan Yusuf set for Super Eagles AFCON Camp

The Super Eagles training camp in Dubai is anticipated to welcome Alhassan Yusuf, a late substitute for the injured Wilfred Ndidi, tomorrow morning.

The airline ticket and entry visa for the Antwerp midfielder to join the Super Eagles in Dubai for the AFCON have been delivered.

With goalkeepers Olorunleke Ojo and Stanley Nwabali, he is now one of just three uncapped players on the final AFCON team.

Alhassan, a 23-year-old versatile midfielder, can play in the middle of the field as an attacking or defensive midfielder.

He earlier won the Swedish Cup with IFK Goteborg before teaming up with Antwerp to win the league, cup, and Super Cup last season.

Fulham duo Alex Iwobi, Calvin Bassey, Soutahmpton's Joe Aribo and Atalanta's Ademola Lookman teamed up on a private airplane to join the Super Eagles camp.

Super Eagles to prepare for AFCON in Abu Dhabi

All 25 players will fly into Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, for a one-week training camp that will run until Tuesday, January 9.

On Tuesday, January 9, the team will return to Lagos by air, and on Wednesday, January 10, they will arrive in the Ivorian capital, Abidjan.

In their pursuit of a fourth continental championship, the Super Eagles will play their opening Group A encounter on Sunday, January 14, against Equatorial Guinea.

They will then play their remaining matches against the host nation, Cote d'Ivoire, on January 18, and Guinea-Bissau on January 22.

Nigeria, who will be competing in the Africa Cup of Nations for the twentieth time, won the competition in 1980 while serving as hosts.

In 1994, they triumphed in Tunisia, and in 2013 they were named champions in South Africa.

Players based in England part of the list are now set for the AFCON training camp.

It seems the players teamed up on a private airplane to join the Super Eagles camp.

Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface and Napoli's Victor Osimhen have been hanging out ahead of the AFCON camp.

Captain Ahmed Musa, Kenneth Omeruo, Victor Boniface, and Moses Simon are also among the latest arrivals.

Omeruo captioned the Super Eagles collection with their location at the Abu Dhabi Airport.

More Super Eagles players are expected to storm camp as preparation continues.
