New rumours suggest that there is growing tension in Cristiano Ronaldo's relationship with Georgina Rodriguez despite the latter's previous denial.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have been cited as one of the ultimate power couples in football.
However, the couple’s relationship has endured it’s fair share of rumours and scandals.
But that has not affected Ronaldo and Georgina’s commitment to each other as the parents of 5 have adjusted well to their new life in the Middle East.
At the start of 2023, rumours emerged suggesting that there was a possible crisis between the Al Nassr star and Georgina Rodríguez.

Ronaldo’s substitutions at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar 2022, and the seriousness of Georgina Rodriguez during the presentation of the Portuguese superstar at Al-Nassr after he signed a mouth-watering £173million-a-year deal, were amongst the reasons cited by a certain sector of the press who suggested there was a possible rupture in the pair’s relationship.

However, the rumours of a crisis in their relationship were immediately denied by Georgina herself via her Instagram account.
Georgina, 29, shared a photograph with Ronaldo, 38, to show that their relationship is the same as always.
The image which was posted on her Instagram page shows a photo from the day of Ronaldo's presentation with Al-Nassr, the same one in which she was accused of looking angry at the time.
In that picture, however, she appears to be smiling, with her eyes closed and affectionately embracing her partner who was dressed in his new no.7 shirt.

"There are many beautiful things left to live," Georgina captioned the photo on her Ig story.

The rumours of a crisis in Ronaldo’s relationship with Georgina Rodriguez have now emerged once more following a talk show on the Portuguese television network CMTV.

In the program, Noite das Estrelas, a journalist, Quintino Aires, a close friend of Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother Maria Dolores Aveiro, and a friend of the Portugal skipper gave his opinion about his relationship with Georgina.
Via a report from AS, Aires alleges that Cristiano's behaviours suggest that he is not satisfied with his personal life.
"He does not live a moment of happiness and the further he moves away from his mother the less temperate he is. And we all know why he's getting further and further away from his family," he said, indirectly pointing to Ronaldo’s Spanish girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.
"Georgina spends her day in a shopping mall in Riyadh and that's one of the reasons why Cristiano is not amused by this story.
Georgina’s recent Netflix reality TV series ‘I am Georgina’ Season 2 also reveals the exotic lifestyle of the model and influencer, who does not hide her passion for lavish shopping.
However, prior to the rumours of a rift between the couple, a close friend of the pair, Filipa Castro, insisted that everything was fine between them.
"I can say from a 100% reliable source that they are as always, superfine. These are stories, gossip commissioned by gene who can't stand Georgina," she was quoted to have said as per AS.
Georgina Rodriguez was also rumoured to be at loggerheads with Ronaldo's mother, Dolores Aveiro, with the pair understood to have had certain differences over Ronaldo in the past.

Another journalist on the program Noite das Estrelas, Leo Caeiro, also buttressed Quintino’s deduction on Ronaldo’s unhappiness in his relationship.
"I've been saying it for months. They are not well and are likely to separate. The reality is that Cristiano is fed up with it." he said.

Pulse Sports previously reported that Ronaldo and Georgina have been in a relationship since 2017 after they both met at a Gucci store Rodriguez once worked at.
Both Ronaldo and Rodriguez are never shy of sharing their love for each other on social media as much as possible.
The famous pair is known to be one of the most stable couples in the world of football and one of the most regular faces luxury brands use which they always show off in their publications on their social networks.
Georgina has claimed that her first meeting with the football star was "love at first sight."
"Our first meeting was at Gucci, where I worked as a sales assistant," she said interview with The Sun.
At the moment Ronaldo and Georgina are parents of five children including his eldest son - Cristiano Jnr.
