Drug testing is a barrier to Super Eagles jersey lover Conor McGregor’s return to the UFC this year.

Michael Chandler is furious that Conor McGregor's comeback will be postponed until next year because the Irishman missed the 2023 deadline to re-enroll in USADA's drug testing pool!

Conor McGregor missed the USADA drug testing deadline to hold their bout this year, and Michael Chandler is losing patience with him.

McGregor must successfully complete six months of random drug testing with the UFC's official anti-doping partner after dropping out of the USADA pool in the third quarter of 2021.

Given the USADA status of the former two-weight world champion, Chandler and McGregor's fight this year is looking less and less realistic.

McGregor would have needed to re-enroll in the USADA program by June 16 in order to be eligible to headline the show because the final UFC pay-per-view event of 2023 is scheduled for December 16.

However, Chandler vented his annoyance on social media since McGregor still hasn't been added to USADA's internet database.

Chandler said, 'Alright guys, you guys have all seen the news: Conor's not in USADA.

"One hundred and seventy-nine days left until December 16, which is supposed to be the last pay-per-view of the year.

"And comically, USADA shows up at my door today to add insult to injury. Where you at, boy?'

Recently, the filming for the newest season of The Ultimate Fighter, which pits Chandler and McGregor against one another as coaches before their actual fight, came to an end.

With a victory for his experienced bantamweight Timur Valiev, Chandler moved 4-0 ahead of McGregor in the fourth installment, which aired on Tuesday.
