The international footballer from Switzerland rose to fame while playing for Aston Villa women in the WSL.

The Aston Villa superstar showed off a completely different appearance that made her look unrecognisable.

Lehmann shared two images on Thursday without her signature ponytail or makeup, donning a black leather top and a Prime sports drink brand.

According to reports from the Daily Star, her hair, which appeared less blonde than usual, was let down by the Swiss beauty.

Her new look left her fans astonished as they expressed their disbelief in her Instagram comments section.

One fan wrote, “Is this a different person?”

The fourth fan replied, “I love this look.”

Meanwhile, In September, the forward was named Prime's first-ever female brand ambassador.

She also signed a deal with YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul after growing her social media fan base and becoming the World Cup's most popular female football player.

Lehmann represented her nation at the Women's World Cup last summer and assisted Villa to a fifth-place finish in the Women's Super League last season.
