“Russia has a very good team, with very good players. They play with lots of intensity and aggression,” the Franco-Malian stated in a video on Instagram.
“They have players with good technical capacity,” Chelle said. He added that he is still finalising the tactical plan to deploy against the Russians but emphasised the team’s clear objective.

“As always, when you play a football match, the objective is to win. I, my players and backroom staff want to win,” he added.
Chelle acknowledged the challenge ahead, noting the quality of the Russian side. “We know it won’t be easy and it will be a difficult match because of the quality of the Russian team.”
