Ajibade further highlighted that the players, carefully selected from the six regions of the country, fall within the age group of 16-21, a move designed to prepare them for potential professional careers.
"It’s worth noting that RCCG is not the only church that has ventured into the world of sports. Several other churches, including the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Christ Embassy Church, Living Faith Church Worldwide, and Deeper Life Bible Church, have established their own football clubs.
