Premier League giants Manchester United have reportedly entered the race for Real Madrid's shotstopper Andriy Lunin.

Manchester United have reportedly entered the race to sign Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, who is also being pursued by Bayern Munich and PSG.

Manchester United's Goalkeeper Search

Despite paying around £47m to sign Andre Onana from Inter Milan last summer, Manchester United are reportedly considering another goalkeeper signing.

Onana was brought in as a replacement for David De Gea, but his performances, particularly in the Champions League, have come under scrutiny.

With new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe overhauling Man Utd’s recruitment model, the club might opt for a new goalkeeper, especially since Onana was chosen by Erik ten Hag, who is expected to be replaced before next season.

Interest in Lunin

Reports suggest that Manchester United have made a 'succulent offer' to Real Madrid for Andriy Lunin. The Ukraine international, who was Real Madrid’s third-choice goalkeeper at the start of the season, has seen more game time recently due to Thibaut Courtois' injury and Kepa Arrizabalaga's poor form.

According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Lunin is 'thinking of leaving' as 'Man Utd, Bayern Munich, and PSG have entered the race for his signature'

Lunin's agent, Jorge Mendes, is reportedly weighing offers from these clubs, indicating the crucial decision Lunin faces at this point in his career.

Despite Lunin's current contract with Real Madrid running until 2025 and the club's interest in renewing it, the possibility of a move seems increasingly likely, especially with competition from prestigious teams like Manchester United, PSG, and Bayern Munich.
