The Promise Keepers may have been deflated by Lobi Stars in their final game of the group stages, but they have already justified their place in the Naija Super 8.

After back-to-back wins in their opening games, Akwa had already booked a spot in the last four before the game against fellow qualifiers Lobi Stars.
