Luis Enrique has effectively ruled out replacing Antonio Conte as new Tottenham boss, saying he does not plan to join any Premier League team soon.
The former Spain national team manager was heavily linked with the Spurs' job after Antonio Conte left the role. The Lilywhites will have to look elsewhere, as the former Barcelona manager is not interested in a move to England.
What Enrique said
Luis Enrique was speaking on the prospects of him joining the Premier League when he revealed that although he would like to work in England, he does not see himself there in the nearest future.

He explained that he requires certain conditions to be in place, suggesting that a club in such a state is not readily available.
"I'd like to work in England, but I can't see myself there in June," he said, per the Athletic.
"I'd like to join a club where I could do important things, and that is very difficult to find.
"I would not go to any Premier League team."
