Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp refused to divulge details about his heated exchange on the touchlines with Mohamed Salah during the 2-2 draw against West Ham.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has chosen to keep quiet about the heated exchange between him and Mohamed Salah during their recent clash against West Ham.

Pitchside Clash

During the game against West Ham, with the score at 2-2, Salah was set to come on as a substitute but got into a heated argument with Klopp on the sidelines in the 82nd minute.

The Egyptian forward seemed visibly frustrated as teammate Darwin Nunez attempted to calm the situation down. However, Klopp remained tight-lipped about the incident after the match.

Speaking to TNT Sports, Klopp stated, "No [I can't say what was said]. We spoke already in the dressing room [about the incident]. For me that's done."

Liverpool's Fading Title Hopes

Klopp's refusal to reveal the details of the altercation comes at a time when Liverpool's Premier League title hopes are fading. The draw against West Ham virtually ended their chances of securing the title this season.

Liverpool's quadruple hopes have gradually faded away after being knocked out of the FA Cup and the Europa League, following their Carabao Cup win. Recent league defeats have further complicated their season.

With three games left to play, Liverpool are one point behind Manchester City, who have two games in hand, and two points behind league leaders Arsenal, who also have a game in hand. The incident between Klopp and Salah has raised concerns about the team's unity and cohesion at such a crucial stage of the season.
