The two senior players completed the squad for the Four Nations Tournament.

Harambee Stars duo of Collins Sichenje and Daniel Anyembe have linked up with their teammates in Mauritius for the upcoming friendly matches in the Four Nations Tournament.

The duo arrived in Port Louis after being released by their respective clubs and will boost Harambee Stars ahead of their game against Pakistan on Wednesday.

Football Kenya Federation (FKF) confirmed Sichenje and Anyembe’s presence in a statement posted on their website on Tuesday.

“After fulfilling their club commitments, Collins Sichenje and Daniel Anyembe have finally joined the National Team in Mauritius. Their inclusion adds more depth and strength to the squad,” read the statement.

The two players could not leave with the rest of the team, who departed from Nairobi on Monday.

Sichenje featured for Finnish side Kuopion Palloseura in their 2-0 win against Vaasan Palloseura at the Hietalahti Stadium in Vaasa on Sunday.

Anyembe’s side Viborg FF was also involved in a match last Friday in Danish SuperLiga against Midtjylland, in which they lost 1-0.

Harambee Stars will play their first encounter against Pakistan on Wednesday before daring the host nation in their last assignment on June 18.
