The Eagles boss watched as his Crystal Palace battled with ten men to hold a spirited Bournemouth to a share of the spoils after a goalless affair at Selhurst Park.
Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner expressed his delight after his side battled to a hard-earned 0-0 draw against Bournemouth at Selhurst Park.
The Eagles boss was happy to see his side secure a clean sheet despite playing with 10 men for more than half the match and following a torrid week in which they conceded 10 goals in two games.

The match itself was a scrappy affair, with few clear chances for either side. Palace were reduced to 10 men just before halftime when Chris Richards received a second yellow card for a foul on Justin Kluivert, compounding the pressure on a team that had shipped five goals each in heavy defeats to Manchester City and Newcastle United in the previous week.
Despite their numerical disadvantage, Palace showed defensive resilience and limited Bournemouth to just a few chances, frustrating the visitors who are battling to preserve their Premier League status.

Glasner, who has seen his side receive three red cards in their last four league matches, was full of praise for his players’ character and determination:
"I was absolutely pleased with this point especially the way the game was going and conceding 10 goals in the previous two games,” he told the Premier League. “To have to play for 50 minutes with one player less, it's a great clean sheet.”

He further described the performance as “outstanding,” highlighting the team’s ability to regroup and show the defensive solidity that had deserted them in recent matches.
Glasner also noted that the adversity of the red card may have helped restore some much-needed confidence to the squad ahead of a challenging run of fixtures, including a trip to Arsenal and an FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.

While Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola lamented his team’s inability to capitalise on their advantage, Glasner’s focus was on the positives for Palace, who remain 12th in the table, five points behind Bournemouth in eighth.
