The LaLiga ladies go into the semifinal second leg with a narrow 1-0 on aggregate following the win from the first leg at Stamford Bridge.

Nigeria’s Asisat Oshoala was a second-half substitute in the first leg when Caroline Graham netted the decisive goal to give the Spanish side the lead heading into the second leg.

Barcelona Femeni

With the Catalans at home for the decisive second leg, here are three reasons why Barcelona are favourites and Chelsea stand no chance.

Alexia Putellas returns

For the first time this season, Alexia Putellas is available for the Barcelona ladies following a battle with injury.

Alexia Putellas is a two-time Ballon d'Or.

Putellas’s return coincided with the loss of Lucy Bronze who is out after she had knee surgery which will keep her out for a while.

The two-time Ballon d’Or winner has been out since last July after she picked up an ACl but her return is a major boost for the Femeni.

The game tonight will be the third meeting between the two teams, with Barcelona winning the previous two with an aggregate score of five goals.
