Napoli are reportedly weighing up replacements with Luciano Spalletti said to be on his way out.

Napoli's current boss, Luciano Spalletti, is reportedly set to leave the club despite leading them to their first Scudetto title in 33 years, and the club are said to have lined up a number of candidates as his possible replacements.

The Italian manager and the club's president have both had cryptic messages that suggested Spalletti was on his way out of the club and per recent reports, the club are already preparing for a life without him.

Luis Enrique and others in line to replace Spalletti

Partenopei reportedly have former Barcelona and Spanish national team manager Enrique in their sights as a potential replacement for their current boss.

The ex-Roma boss is currently out of the job after leaving the role as Spain's manager following the disappointment at the World Cup and is said to be interested in club football management.

He was in discussion to become Chelsea's next manager and is also on the radar of Tottenham. Napoli are now also in for him, per reports from GetfootballNewsItaly.

Others on the list include Julian Nagelsmann, who was fired by Bayern Munich; Atalanta's Gian Piero Gasperini; Bologna's Thiago Motta; and Fiorentina manager Vincenzo Italiano.

As we reported in detail here, Napoli president De Laurentiis opened the door to a possible exit for the manager, saying he had no intention of keeping anybody that did not want to stay at the club against their will.
