Melissa Aftermath: Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield team up with Asafa Powell sending aid to smaller communities in Jamaica
Noah Lyles and his fiancee Junelle Bromfield have teamed up with sprint legend Asafa Powell to send aid to smaller communities in Jamaica in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.
The couple via his Lyles Brothers Sports Foundation, packed and distributed essential items, including groceries and toiletries, as part of a relief initiative to smaller communities in Jamaica, beginning in Bromfield's hometown St. Elizabeth.
These processes were overseen by former world-record holder Powell and his wife Alyshia, who joined the humanitarian efforts to assist residents of Georges Valley, St Elizabeth, following the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa.
Sharing the heartwarming gesture on his X page, Lyles posted a video with his mum and fiancée Bromfield, asking for support to reach more communities.
