‎Harambee Stars winger Job Ochieng was on target for his Spanish club Real Sociedad B as they secured a 2-1 win over Malaga on Monday.

‎Ochieng, who had been named on the bench at the weekend as the Sociedad senior team played against Real Madrid in La Liga, dropped to the second string side in La Liga 2 on Monday night.

‎The Kenyan winger had an impact later in the second half as after both sides tied 1-1, he got on the end of a corner from Mikel Rodriguez, heading home via a deflection for 2-1 in the 68th minute.

‎Sociedad had fallen behind after 15 minutes when David Larrubia headed home for Malaga but fought back to draw level through Gorka Carrera.

How Many Goals for Ochieng So Far

‎They then went for the winner before Ochieng came up trumps to put breaks on Malaga's charge up the table as they look to secure promotion back to La Liga.

‎Ochieng has now scored three goals and provided two assists in 18 matches for Sociedad B this season with his impressive performances for the team earning him promotion to the senior side.

‎The Harambee Stars forward made his La Liga debut for Sociedad early this month when he came on as a 65th minute substitute against Elche and was also given a few minutes in a Copa del Rey match against Basque rivals Athletic Club last week.
