Super Eagles of Nigeria goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has endured another tough season with his club Watford FC.
The 23-year-old shot-stopper has struggled to find a place in Chris Wilder’s team this season, appearing just once in their 2-0 defeat against Reading in the Emirates FA Cup back in early January.
Okoye who is one of the most handsome footballers in the world is also known for keeping a private relationship life.
The Watford goalkeeper is currently in a relationship with an Amsterdam-based woman, Jelicia Westhoff, and has often shown off photos of himself and his partner.

Okoye who rarely posts on his social media is one of the most popular Nigerian footballers due to his good looks.
Jelicia also loves to keep their relationship private and has been ever-supportive of the former Sparta Rotterdam shot-stopper.
Maduka Okoye sends romantic birthday message to his girlfriend
Okoye took to his Instagram page on Thursday, April 27, to send a romantic message to his girlfriend and partner on her birthday.
Taking to his Instagram story, the 23-year-old Watford goalie posted a loved-up photo of him and his partner and captioned the photo with a message that read:

“Thank you for always putting a smile on my face, supporting me through everything and standing by my side no matter where. I am beyond blessed to have you. You are the joy of my life. Happy birthday”.

Pulse Sports previously reported that Jelicia Westhoff is the girlfriend of Super Eagles of Nigeria goalkeeper Maduka Okoye.
Jelicia came to the limelight when she posted a photo of them spending some time together.
She has always been supportive of the Nigerian goalkeeper and also consoled him following the series of social media backlash he got after failing to save a goal during AFCON 2022 which led to Nigeria’s elimination from the competition.

Jelicia took to her Instagram story, to write a message that read, “We are proud of you, not just when you win or when you stop a ball but because of the person you are from the inside. I’m proud of your efforts, Your Focus, Your drive, and how you never give up. You helped the team.. and made a Big mark while there.’
Jelicia currently has a son, but it is not yet known if Okoye is the father as neither she nor the player himself has officially confirmed the child’s paternity.

The couple were recently rumoured to be going through a rocky spell in their relationship after the pair unfollowed each other on Instagram last year and deleted photos where they took together from their pages.
However, the couple dispelled those rumours after Jelicia posted photos and clips of her and the Watford goalkeeper cosying up on her Instagram story ahead of the New Year.
