Brazilian outlet, O DIA reported that the actress revealed on Instagram:
"Yes, we have been separated for a month, but the marriage has not existed for many years. And yes, I'm very calm and determined. Thank you for so much affection, I don't regret anything! A good Cancer woman would do it all again. Maybe at a younger age, so now I just want to enjoy myself."

Susana Werner also explained one of the reasons that led to the end of her 21-year marriage with former goalkeeper Julio Cesar. The 46-year-old actress alleged she was a victim of property abuse.
In a long outburst, the actress and model revealed that she received monthly allowance from her ex-husband, and also gave details of how she managed to set up her beauty salon, while lamenting the fact that she could not help her family as she would like.

The actress alleged that, she footed the bill for her wedding, and despite having a credit card with a "fair limit", she was unable to pay a lawyer to start the divorce process, since it is her ex-husband Julio Cesar who controls the couple's finances.

She also clarified that she married with partial ownership of their property and intended to leave the marriage with her head held high and in a consensual manner.

"Yes, we married with partial community of assets. No, he had nothing before the marriage. Yes, we started living in my house and yes, I paid for our wedding. Yes, the money we built together is ours.

Posting a family photo of the footballer and their two children, she captioned: "Where God dwells… I love you so much! I was supposed to post a TBT yesterday (throwback thursday) but it's going today. I miss you all!".
Fans quickly rushed to the comments to react as speculations officially began about whether or not, the couple had gotten back together.
The rumours of their potential reconciliation further peaked after she uploaded a video on her Instagram page in January this year - the reported clip showed her kissing the ring on her ring finger, suggesting she had rekindled her romance with the ex-footballer.
